My name is Chef Kumaresan Gokulanathan I was born in Salem on December 20-1987. My dad (Gokulanathan) was working as a salesman. My mother (Geetha) was working as an accountant. I studied Hotel Management in 2005 at Cenneys Institute of Management and Catering Technology, Salem.I Was Started My Carrier This GRT Group Of Hotels And Reverend Shorts.I was very much interested in Gar de manger and halwai section.
My Grand Mother Shakuntala Jagannathan Was Cook Very Nice Our Traditional (Vysya) Sweets.From that I Like Very Much Sweets Preparation.In me college time I was introduced 100 Indian Innovative Sweets. (This was my college project also).My College Principal Mr.kathiravan So Motivate Me To Make Lot Of Fusion Sweets. Like Tulsi Payasam, kofta Payasam, Chilli Halwa, Jamun boondi, Aloe vera mysore pak and etc,.
My father Mr. Gokulanathan and my family always motivated me and encouraged me to go forward in my career. My father and My Guru Chef Thirulok Kumar is a real HERO in my life. In my career, my Role Model is Chef Soundarajan and Chef Dhamu who is Guinness world record holder and a popular Chef in India.
Last 3 years (2019-2021) I did 9 World Records. The Best Part Of In My Life I Introduced 1012 flavor cold stone ice cream and it was made in 20 hours.I would like to thank My Chef Mahesh Komalan and My Entire Kitchen Team Members.
In Over Hotel CJ pallazzio we did Karaikudi (Chettinadu) food festival in 2019. The highlight of this Food Festival was all the Karaikudi dishes were cooked at Mud Pot in a traditional way and presented in mud pot.
I have Successfully participated in many food festivals Like Thai cuisine, Italian cuisine, Madurai cuisine, etc.,I have written 5 Plus Magazine for food Recipes and TV Shows. In my career I Got continues 3 Times Best Employee Awards In Radisson Resort Temple Bay By GRT Hotels. 2 times Best Employee Award in CJ Pallazzio Salem.
There I received tremendous support and encouragement from the management,especially thanks to General Manger Mr.shabin ,Executive Chef Balachander, Executive Sous Chef Thirulok Kumar, Chef kartheeswaran ,Chef Praveen, Training Manager Padma Prasad,F And B Manager Karthi Ramani , My senior Chef Velmurugan and Chef Srinivasan, I also wish to the support provided by Chef Ganesh (GRT Grand), Chef Raj Kumar, Chef Nana, Chef Ram Kumar (The feast), Chef Murali USA, Chef ManiKandan USA,My current General Managr Omer sherif.
